GRAMMAR

 
 ·  Comparison:     
                  Superioridad:
          a) one syllable: -er, -est                            
          Ex: Mary is taller than John     
                Mary is the tallest girl in the class.
          b) two syllables: -er, est, more, most     
          Ex: She's prettier than me.
          c) three or more syllables: more, most   
          Ex: A BMW is more expensive than a Seat.
                The Porsche is the most expensive of all cars.
          Igualdad: as ...as...                                
          Ex: Peter is as tall as John.
          Inferioridad: less... than...                    
          Ex: John is less tall than Peter.
        
    ·  Unless: followed by verb in Present Simple afirmative
        Example: Unless you tidy your room, you won't go out.
 
    ·  I wish: followed by:
       +past simple         Ex: I wish I were rich.
       +past perfect         Ex: I wish I had known the truth.
       +would                 Ex: I wish you would stop smoking.

·  Relatives:
       who(people), which(things), where(place), when(time), whose(possession),...
       Example:  Mary is the girl. She broke the window.
                        Mary is the girl who broke the window.
                        Peter is my neighbour. His father is a famous archaeologist.
                        Peter, whose father is a famous archaeologist, is my neighbour.
